1. Introduction

Welcome to Admiral Display t/a Dally Outdoor (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.dallyoutdoor.co.uk and your purchases of our wooden garden furniture. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing our products.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, as our furniture is handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, and size may occur.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are added at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the available payment methods on our website.

6. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within the estimated time frame stated on each product page, typically 10 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Delivery is typically via the pallet network who will deliver to the kerbside only.

7. Cancellations and Returns

a. Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@dallyoutdoor.co.uk

b. Returns (After Delivery)

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the goods were originally purchased. This refund will be made within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.

c. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will try and rectify the issue with free of charge replacement parts. In the event that the problem cannot be rectified in this way, we will arrange for collection of the goods. We will then refund the cost of the goods within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.

8. Warranty

Our furniture comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Weather-related damage (e.g. fading, warping, fine cracks)
  • Improper use or care
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or modification

9. Care Instructions

We recommend following the care guide included with your product to extend its lifespan. Wooden outdoor furniture should be regularly maintained, treated, and stored appropriately during adverse weather conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the revised Terms.
